What I Eat In A Day: Second Trimester Pregnancy


9am Breakfast- cereal with chopped fresh strawberries & semi-skimmed milk. White coffee, 1 sugar.



11:20am Snack –
2 custard cream biscuits. White coffee, 1 sugar.

12:30pm Lunch – tin of vegetable soup with a Mediterranean roll.



3pm Snack-
shared 1 apple & 1 banana with Ella.



5:20pm-
white coffee, 1 sugar.

6:50pm Tea – creamy prawn, garlic & lemon pasta with garlic bread.



7:30pm Dessert-
mini twister ice lolly.

Drinks- water throughout the day whenever thirsty.
