Recipe: Chocolate Crispy Cakes



Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 cups rice crispies


Method:

  1. Melt the sugar, butter and golden syrup in a pan, when it has all melted remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder.
  2. Add the rice crispies and mix well.
  3. Spoon into cake cases and chill in the fridge until set.
